Our story
We knew from the start
In the summer of 2015, Jeanelle moved to New York City to begin her journey at St. John’s University. What she didn’t know was that she was about to meet the person who would change her life forever.
Paul was wrapping up his time at St. John’s and happened to be leading freshman orientation that year. Jeanelle spotted him first — the tall, handsome guy confidently holding the mic, effortlessly commanding the room. Paul, on the other hand, noticed the quiet, beautiful girl with the bright, unforgettable smile.
After orientation, Paul walked up, introduced himself, and from that moment on, they were inseparable.

They were locked in
Their love story was built in the simplest, sweetest ways. Weekly hangouts turned into a tradition of Chinese food and city exploration. Paul showed Jeanelle New York through his eyes — the hidden gems, the late-night train rides, the magic tucked into ordinary moments. With every laugh, every conversation, and every shared adventure, they fell more deeply in love.
On December 14, 2015, after a full day spent exploring and trying out new foods, they hopped on the train back to campus. It had already been a perfect day — but Paul made it unforgettable. After “accidentally” letting it slip a few times before, he finally said it clearly: I love you, and you're my girl. And just like that, they were officially locked in.

Growing side by side
Over the past ten years, Paul and Jeanelle have grown side by side — becoming who they were meant to be, while learning to love each new version of each other along the way. They’ve nurtured one another’s dreams, supported each other’s careers, honored each other’s love languages, and championed each other’s visions.
Through every season, their love has remained steady, intentional, and deeply rooted in faith. Together, they are confident in what they’ve always known in their hearts: they were meant to be. Their purposes align, and God has truly blessed their relationship.

Intimate, Invitation Only
We are so grateful for the love and support that has surrounded our relationship — it truly means everything to us.
While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, our wedding will be an intimate, by invitation only gathering due to limited capacity. We kindly ask that you do not share event details and understand that we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.
Thank you for honoring our wishes and for continuing to love and support us in this special season.
